BANKRUPT SLUT doesn't need to stroke its own ego--there are better kinds of stroking going on around BS.
But really, it must be said--is BANKRUPT SLUT the best band name ever?!
We'd love to hear what people think. There are a lot of amazing, kick ass bands out there, and most have earned their name and fans have created associations with their favorite band's names due to the bands being so awesome that they create awesomeness around their name.
But BANKRUPT SLUT is different. BANKRUPT SLUT has an amazing, kick ass band to back the name up, but the name alone captures the band's Hollywood-sleaze persona just by hearing it for the first time. It combines two bad things, and joins them in a way that phonetically rhymes, so that the name rings out, and it becomes a catchy good thing. Its a name you will never forget, and with a inherent hook that makes you want to find out more.
The only other band that comes close is Guns n Roses--because the name also combines two things which exemplify rock n' roll. It's good company to be in, but we think that BANKRUPT SLUT tops it because, well, it has sluts~
